At art we made clay fantail. We used clay , Nes paper to put in the clay to keep its shape , point stick to make lines in the clay and water to help it stick on. Fist of all we wedge it , wedge mean heal of your pale to get all the air bubble out .
Step 2 is to make a square out of the wedge clay. Step 3 make 4 bowl , 2 big 2 small put nes paper in the clay and put it together and do the same again that is your head and body. Roll out your left over clay and make a tail a beak two wing and tow legs put them on and you are done (you can make some bug for your bird). We are learning to make bird I enjoy wining , but making the head was hard , I want to improve making the tail.
